Submit the order from 8:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday, and ship it in as little as 4 hours.
Submit the order before 17:00 on Saturday and Sunday, and ship it on the same day.
Submit the order at other time periods and ship it before 12:00 on the same day or the next day.

Order/Purchase Goods
Ordering or purchasing goods is affected by the delivery time of the supplier, and the outbound speed is different. NewGaN mall guarantees that after the ordered or purchasing goods arrive in storage, the outbound delivery will be arranged as soon as possible.

Inspection/After Sales
All components in NewGaN Mall are purchased from the original factory or regular channels of agents, and genuine products are guaranteed. Please accept the goods in time after you receive them. If you have any objection to the quantity, model and quality of the goods, you should submit it in writing within 7 working days from the date of receipt. Overdue will not be accepted.
What issues should be paid attention to when signing for the goods?
1. Door-to-door delivery, cash on delivery orders: When the courier delivers the goods to your door, please be sure to check the outer packaging of the goods in person. If the outer packaging is damaged, please do not sign for it and contact the customer service staff of my mall. Once you confirm the signature, if you find that the goods have been damaged after unpacking, it will be quite passive to hold the courier accountable.
2. After the courier delivers the goods to your door, please open the outer package on the spot and conduct a simple inspection to see if the goods are obviously deformed or damaged. If there is any problem, please do not sign for it and contact the customer service staff of my mall.
3. When receiving the materials, check the materials in time. If the quantity and model do not match, and the materials are damaged, feedback should be given in time within 7 working days after receipt, and overdue will not be accepted.
Special reminder:
If your order is paid with a cash coupon, if the amount of the returned goods is greater than the actual payment amount, the actual payment amount will be refunded.
If your order contains a giveaway, this service will not be available.
If it is a complete set of goods, you can only return the whole set.
If it is a bundled product, you need to return the giveaway together with the main product.
